NORFOLK, Va.--Blackhawk Products Group has added a new 1700 Shirt, TNT OPS Tactical Pant, a Performance Cotton Tactical Pant and Lightweight Tactical Shorts to the Warrior Wear line.
The 1700 Shirt is the casual mens shirt designed for everyday wear, with a left chest patch pocket for small items, a hidden side entry-zipper pocket, and pleated back yoke. The shirt is priced $44.99.
The new Light Weight Tactical Shorts are like the lightweight tactical pant with cargo pockets. They are made from 6.5 ounce polyester cotton blend, ripstop fabric and are treated with Teflon DWR for water resistance. The Light Weight Tactical Shorts range from $59.99 to $69.99.
For the weapon-carrying professional, the TNT OPS Tactical Pant has an elasticized and padded waistband that provides for increased comfort when wearing a fully-loaded duty or tactical belt, extra-wide, reinforced belt-loops, articulated knees, cargo pockets and external zipper pockets. They retail for $79.99.
The Performance Cotton Tactical Pant has all the popular features of the Warrior Wear Tactical Pant minus the MOLLE webbing on the hip. Prices range from $59.99 to $69.99.

I tend not to wear tactical clothing because it draws too much attention. My eyes are immediately drawn to anyone one wearing tactical clothing because I view the individual as a potential threat. The initial alert is followed by an outline scan of the image in search of a weapon. I also choose not to wear pink shirts or sweaters because they draw attention as well, and I'd be viewed as a different kind of threat. I'll stay with Bibs and a flannel shirt and appear harmless without my pitch fork.
I tend to spot tactical clothing also, however I wonder if bad guys do. I have a leather jacket made by Sigarms that has inside pockets with holsters. Very nice and does not look tactical at all. Jeff W, you may want to reconsider the pink shirts, I've heard it really throws the bad guys off!
Robert, I'll start wearing them when Gaviota is "Head Speaker" of the "Pink Shirt Club".
Jeff: You walk around without your pitchfork? Most unwise, my friend. Those hay bales are uuuunpredictable!
That reminds me: When & where is the next Pink Shirt Club meeting?
