(GunReports.com) - Lancer Systems LP unveiled six 2012 products inspired by direct feedback from Lancer customers.
Lancer's L15 Forged Receiver features mission configurable magazine well extensions in three sizes - standard, tactical and competition. Each well extension is machined from billet aluminum for a precise fit. The receiver is machined from 7075-T6 custom forging with a broached magazine well. It features an enhanced ambidextrous bolt release, an oversized magazine release button and coating MIL-A-8625, type III, class two with optional colors OD green, red and blue available by special order. Available February 2012.
Lancer's L15 Rifles are custom rifles based on all Lancer L15 receiver (patent pending) and Lightweight Carbon-Fiber Handguards. The L15 rifle will be available in four basic design options - Sporter, Competition, Super Competition and Sharp Shooter. Available February 2012.
The L15 Sporter rifle features an L15 forged lower, Ergo grip, Milspec trigger, Lancer rifle length carbon-fiber handguard with two inch sight rail, Ergo F93 pro stock, and a 16" light-weight chrome lined Daniel Defense barrel with a midlength gas system for superior accuracy and reliability.
The L15 Competition is designed for 3 Gun Action Shooting. The rifle features an L15 forged lower with competition magwell for faster reloads, Ergo grip, CMC 3.5lb trigger, Wheaton stainless steel compensator, Lancer 15-inch carbon-fiber handguard, EFX-A2 fixed stock, 17-inch barrel, and a custom light-weight profile with rifle length gas system.
The L15 Super Competition is an upgraded version of the L15 Competition rifle with a custom profiled 17-inch stainless steel Krieger barrel.
The L15 Sharp Shooter has a 20-inch Krieger heavy profile barrel, an L15 forged lower with tactical magwell, CMC trigger and a Lancer 15-inch carbon-fiber handguard.

The Lightweight Carbon-Fiber Free Float Handguard for 308 cal AR style rifles is available for DPMS, SR25, ArmaLite and Rock River designs. Design styles are available in each of the five length options - carbine, midlength, rifle, extra long and extra long varmint. Cooling slots will accept Lancer's accessory rails. The handguard also features holes to accept a swivel stud for mounting a bipod. Available Spring 2012.
The new Carbon-Fiber Shotgun Shell Extension Tube replaces the cap of your existing shotgun to extend the capacity of the shotgun. Made of light-weight carbon-fiber tube with a bonded nut and end cap and a carbon-fiber barrel clamp, it fits several 12-gauge models: Benelli M1/M2, Remington 870/1100/1187, and Remington Versa Max. Lengths include +2 through +9. Available Summer 2012.
The Lancer L5 AWM 48-round magazine is based on the feed lip and body geometry of the L5 AWM. It is engineered using a 30-round magazine coupled to a special lower section, similar to the original L5C 48-round. The magazine is available as an assembled unit or as a kit that can be used on an existing L5AWM 30-round magazine. The 48-round is available in translucent smoke, opaque black and clear translucent. Available Summer 2012.
