The MasterPiece Arms MPA22-T pistol

Mac-Style Handgun Now Available in 22LR

BRASELTON, Ga. (GunReports.com)--MasterPiece Arms has introduced a Mac-10 type pistol in 22 LR.

The MPA22-T pistol has a 5.25” threaded barrel with muzzle brake, 1:16 barrel twist-RH and comes with a 30-round polymer magazine. It has a 3.3-lbs trigger pull and a Parkerized finish. Because it was developed from the Mini 9mm frame, all available Mini 9 accessories will fit the MPA22T platform.

“The MPA22T meets the demand for a 22LR pistol that our customers have wanted,” says Jimmy Payne, co-owner of MasterPiece Arms.

This new MAC is available in both the traditional top-cocker version (MPA22T-A) and as a side-cocker/scope mount version (MPA22SST-A).

All it has to do is WORK (everytime) and this pistol should be a hit.

One of the most fun guns I ever owned was a Intra-Tec Scorpion .22 which bears a very close resemblance to this Mac look-a-like. My Scorpion was pretty much junk with frequent jams/stovepipes, but dang that thing was a blast to shoot!
