I guess even reefer-toking stoners have the right to self-defense. Of course, chemically-induced ataxia, impaired coordination, not to mention psychogenic paranoia, are all good reasons not to pick up a gun, whether imbibing alcohol or dope-laces cookies.
It's not called "dope" for nothing.
